The Role

The Stage Director is the "backstage engine" that keeps Montana FFA sessions running smoothly. This role requires wearing many hats simultaneously—balancing technical production, personnel management, and high-stakes logistics. You will be the point person ensuring that what happens behind the curtain is as seamless as what the audience sees on stage.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes

• Production Management: Lead prep sessions with State Officers beginning in January.
• Logistics & Accountability: Track assignments and deadlines to ensure all production elements remain organized.
• Team Leadership: Train and manage "Courtesy Corps" members for stage resets and equipment transitions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with the Montana FFA State Advisor and Officer Team, AgriStudios Production Director, and other key production players.
• On-Site Coordination: Act as a liaison for a diverse range of attendees, from students to high-level VIPs and security details.
